This function is only available to users who are registered with an eBill financial institution that has implemented this function. If you do not belong to such a financial institution, you will not have access to this function.

eBill Web offers specific functions for eBill Direct Debit, including inviting invoice recipients, uploading requests, tracking status and events, and managing eBill Web user accounts. eBill Web exclusively supports eBill Direct Debit functions. Invoices, reminders, credits, notifications, and donation requests cannot be processed via eBill Web.
To be able to use eBill Web, the invoice issuer must have a contractual agreement with a financial institution. Those invoice issuers interested in eBill Web are therefore advised to contact their financial institution (a list of financial institutions that support eBill Direct Debit can be found below).
