eBill for Invoice recipients (eBill for Business/eBill for Business Software)

With the new addition of eBill for Business Software, business customers can easily and quickly receive eBill invoices directly in their business software and then process them further. Participating financial institutions are aiming to enable this for their business customers from April 2022.

Proven channels

Financial institutions transmit eBill to business customers on channels that are already in use today, such as EBICS or bLink.

Simple processes

Once the eBill invoice is received in the software, posting and payment run with the standard processes of the respective business customer. No adjustments to existing processes are required.

Convenient archiving

In addition to the electronic invoice data, the business customer also receives the associated PDF. The invoice document can thus be easily archived via the existing processes.

How do I set up for eBill for Business?

To receive eBill as a business customer, your bank can advise you on connecting eBill for Business. The process for setting up the function varies according to the individual bank. Please contact your bank’s relationship manager directly.
